The State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region" is an independent state multidisciplinary health care institution, which combines medical and preventive, sanitary and epidemiological and other institutions that provide medical care based on a license to persons who, following the law, have the right to medical care in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region" is a budgetary, non-profit institution that belongs to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and is operationally subordinated to the Department of Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
In its activities, the institution is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, other laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regulations on anti-corruption activities, orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health and other regulations on the organization of medical care and the Regulations on the institution.
