A Medical (military-medical) commission was established to determine the health, physical development, and individual psychophysiological characteristics of candidates for service in the police, candidates for admission to higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the suitability of police officers and servicemen for further service, transfer, service on a business trip abroad and dismissal.
